For investors

Every company you back, on one page.

ENTAPRIZ gives the businesses you have invested in proper books and, with their consent, gives you the same numbers they run on. Cash, runway, revenue and a monthly update you did not have to chase, for the barbershop and the software company alike.

The portfolio view

The numbers the company runs on, not a spreadsheet rebuilt for you.

Each row is a company that chose to share with you. The figures are read straight from its reconciled ledger as they post, so what you see on the 2nd of the month is what the owner saw on the 1st. Concept view; figures and names are illustrative.

Open any company to see its metrics card, the consent log and the sharing switch. It is a demonstration; nothing is saved.

Sharing is a grant the company issues and can pause or revoke at any time. Every view you make is written to the company's audit trail, where its owner and accountant can see it.

How sharing works

Consent first. Then the numbers follow.

1

The company turns on sharing.

The owner names you, picks a pack (metrics only, metrics and statements, or the full report pack) and sets how often the update goes out. Nothing is shared by default.

2

You get a seat. It is free.

One investor account holds every company that shares with you. Shared figures update as lines post; the monthly update arrives as a digest you can read in two minutes.

3

Every view is logged.

Who opened what and when is written to the company's trail. Sharing can be paused in one click, and your access ends when it is.

If you also run a business

The same account can own a company. Back the barbershop, run your own agency, and see both sides, the books you keep and the books that are shared with you, without a second login. The barbershop gets proper accounting; you get to stop asking for the numbers.

  • Invite the companies you backEach invitation gives the company a Starter or Growth trial on its own price book. The seat that sees their numbers is yours, free.
  • One portfolio, three currenciesCompanies keep their own books in USD, EUR or XAF; the portfolio shows each in its currency and never pretends to convert.
  • Angel groups and small fundsPortfolio for investors adds consolidated metrics, digests and exports across unlimited companies. See the price books.

What ENTAPRIZ is not

Reporting software, deliberately. Not a marketplace, not a broker, not a bank.

Facilitating investments is regulated in every market we are entering. ENTAPRIZ stays on the reporting side of that line so that companies and investors can rely on it without a licence question hanging over the product.

  • No deal flow or matchingENTAPRIZ does not introduce investors to companies or promote companies to investors.
  • No money movementNo funds are held, transferred or settled between investors and companies on the platform.
  • No investment adviceAny valuation shown is an informal, labelled estimate for the company's own planning, never a recommendation.
  • No access without consentThere is no way to see a company's figures it has not shared with you, and no way for ENTAPRIZ staff to open them for you.

Investor questions

What investors ask us first.

Can I see a company's books without its consent?

No. Sharing is a grant the company issues, scoped to a pack and to named investors, and the company can pause or revoke it at any time. There is no administrative route around that, by design.

What does it cost the company?

Sharing a monthly update is included in the Growth plan. Statements, cap table and the data room come with the Investor-Ready pack, which is included in Business. Your investor seat is free; Portfolio is a paid plan for consolidated views across many companies.

What if a company I back uses other software?

Invite it. The invitation opens a trial on its own price book, and the owner decides whether to move. Uploading figures from other systems into a shared view is a later option, because we would rather show reconciled ledger numbers than retyped ones.

Is this regulated activity?

ENTAPRIZ is accounting and reporting software. It does not broker, arrange or promote investments, and it does not hold or move funds. Each market we enter gets legal review before any feature goes further than reporting, and we will say plainly when something is out of scope.

Which currencies and countries?

Companies keep their books in USD, EUR or XAF on their own price book; the portfolio shows each in its own currency. Cameroon (OHADA) is the first candidate country pack, with the United Kingdom and United States after local review; the global core works anywhere.

When can I use it?

The monthly investor update ships in the private beta; the portfolio dashboard, statements drill-down, cap table and exports follow in the next release. Request a seat now and bring the companies you back; design partners are invited first.
