What is ENTAPRIZ, and can I use it today?
An accounting and investor-readiness platform: invoicing and receivables, bills and payables, bank reconciliation, financial statements, runway and forecasts, a compliance calendar and consent-based investor reporting on one balanced ledger, with reviewed country packs for local rules. It is not open yet: a focused six-week build and test cycle ends in a security-reviewed private beta for a defined cohort, and early-access requests join that cohort in the order received.
What does "investor-ready" mean in practice?
Books reconciled to the bank every month, statements that tie out, runway and burn computed from real cash, filings on time with evidence attached, and a report pack an investor can open without you rebuilding anything. ENTAPRIZ makes those the default outputs of running your business, not a separate project.
Can investors see my books?
Only what you choose to share, only with the investors you name, and you can pause it at any time. You pick the pack (metrics only, metrics and statements, or a full report pack), and every view is logged where you can see it. Nothing is shared by default.
Does ENTAPRIZ help me raise money?
It helps you be ready to. ENTAPRIZ does not broker investments, run deal flow, promote companies to investors or move money between them; those are regulated activities and are out of scope. What it does is make the conversation with an investor you already have, or meet elsewhere, fast and credible.
Which countries' tax rules are supported?
None are certified yet, and the product says so. The beta ships the country-pack framework with capability flags, demonstration configurations and the compliance calendar. Cameroon (OHADA) is the candidate design-partner market; the United Kingdom and United States follow only after local accountant and legal sign-off.
Is my financial data safe?
Every company is an isolated workspace, every financial change is attributed and logged, posted journals are append-only, and backups are encrypted and restore-tested. A failed critical accounting or security test blocks posting to real production books.
