An investor seat costs nothing: the company you back pays for its books, you see what it shares. Portfolio is for angels, syndicates and small funds that want the consolidated view across many companies.

- Annual plans equal ten monthly payments. You keep the currency of each subscription invoice; packs are billed on the same invoice.
- Sales tax or VAT is calculated per billing jurisdiction and shown before payment.
- A 14-day trial without a payment card is planned where the payment provider permits; if XAF autopay is unavailable at launch we offer manual invoicing or another approved local method.
- Beta pricing is proposed and subject to validation. The first cohort will be told in writing before any change applies to them.

How is pricing set across USD, EUR and XAF?
Each currency is its own approved price book, not a live conversion. You keep the currency of every subscription invoice, annual plans equal ten monthly payments, and taxes are calculated per billing jurisdiction and shown before payment.
Which plan do I need to share with an investor?
Growth includes the monthly investor update. Sharing statements, the cap table and the report pack needs the Investor-Ready pack, which is included in Business. The investor's own seat is free.
What does an accountant pay?
Nothing to be invited into a client's books: accountant access is part of Growth. A practice portal for firms managing many clients is planned for a later release and will be priced separately.
Can I switch plans or currencies later?
Plans can be changed at any time and take effect at the next billing date. A subscription stays in the currency it was opened in; to change currency, a new subscription is opened on the other price book and the old one closed at period end.
Is there a trial?
A 14-day trial without a payment card is planned where the payment provider permits. Companies invited by an investor receive the same trial on their own price book.
What happens when the beta ends?
Beta plans continue as paid subscriptions at the published price book of the time. Pricing is proposed and subject to validation; the first cohort will be told in writing before any change applies to them.
